A woman cannot fulfil the rights of Allah until she fulfils the rights of her husband

What is the reference for this narration and can it be quoted?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad! No woman can fulfil her duty towards Allah until she fulfils her duty towards her husband”

Answer:

Imams Ibn Majah and Ahmad (rahimahumallah) have recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1853, Musnad Ahmad, vol. 4 pg. 381)

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
