Can this be quoted and is the reference correct?
Abd Rabbihi Ibn Sulayman said, I saw Umm Darda (A lady companion – may Allah be pleased with her) in the time of starting the prayer she used to raise her hands up to the shoulders.
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah.

The reference is correct.
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 2485.
There were two Ummud Dardas; wives of Sayyiduna Abud Darda (radiyallahu’anhu). The elder was a Sahabiyyah (radiyallahu’anha)
The Ummud Darda in reference is not the Sahabiyyah. This one is the Tabi’iyyah (rahimahallah).

There is no harm in quoting this narration as the personal choice/ view of the Tabi’iyyah (rahimahallah).
