What is the source of this Hadith?
‘And know that victory [help/assistance] comes through patience and that the grant [relief] comes after the affliction [distress].’
Answer
This is part of a lengthy narration in which Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) offered several advices to Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu’anhuma).
