Kindly cite a narration on the virtue of loving Sayyiduna Hasan and Sayyiduna Husayn (radiyallahu ‘anhuma).

1) Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said to Sayyiduna Hasan (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

“…O Allah, I love him, you love him and love those who love him”

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 5884 and Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2421)

2) Sayyiduna Ya’la ibn Murrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“Husayn is from me and I am from Husayn, may Allah love the one who loves Husayn, Husayn is one of my grandsons/a nation from among nations”

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 3775. Declared sound by Imam Tirmidhi and authentic by Imam Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 6971)

3) Sayyiduna Al Bara’ (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saw Hasan and Husayn (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) and said:

“O Allah, I love them, so you also love them”

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
