Peace be upon you,your eminence.Dear Mufti,I know a person who had one of his arms bandage and he follows Shafi madhab.He does no want to mix between madhab.And we have tried our very best to find the rulings on the internet (since local scholars are not readily available).Please,sheikh,of your very kind gestures,i know this website only answers question as per hanafi school but you are much closer to knowledge than us.The only thing the internet benefits us is that if a person who wears a bandage wants to purify himself,he needs to make ghusl/wudu,tayammum and wipe over the bandage.Please,clarify for us the following:
1.How does a person with bandage purifies himself from major impurity
a.If the place of bandage falls on the limb of tayammum
b.it doesn’t falls on the limbs of tayammum
2.How does such a person make wudu if:
a.it falls on the limb of tayammum
b.It doesn’t fall on the limb of tayammum
Please note that the wound has not heal and removing the bandage will cause much harm.
