Is my wudhu affected by a thing coming out of my penis, and do my clothes become impure?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
There is a thing worrying me and keeps my mind occupied with guilt and frustration. All throughout the day, I feel that something has been coming out of my penis and I see traces of it dried sometimes. I am sure it is not semen. Would my wudhu be affected by it and should I make wudhu every time I feel about it. Also I would like to know that whether my clothes would become impure because of it. This would become a problem as then I would need to change clothes every hour. Please help me.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1468/1088/D=1433)

It is called madhi and it breaks wudhu. You will have to make wudhu again in order to offer salah. It is necessary to wash the place where it is smeared. If it is only one or two drops and its expansion is only up to the depth of palm and it could not be washed immediately and you offered salah then it is lawful. But when it spread more than the depth of palm then it shall not be right to offer salah without washing it.
