Can we made a qabar of the house member according to his ‘Wasiyat” in side of the house? Whenever other house members are residing in the house still now?

It is prohibited to make grave in house, even if anyone has passed a will, his will is against Shariah which should not be fulfilled:
لاطاقة لمخلوق فى معصية االخالق
Burial in the house is characteristic of the Prophets (علیھم السلام). Others are prohibited to bury their dead in house.
كما نقل الشامي عن فتح القدير: ولا يدفن صغير ولا كبير في البيت الذي مات فيه, فإن ذلك خاص بالأنبياء, بل ينقل إلى مقابر المسلمين (شامى 660/1)
