My uncle passed away recently but he did’nt used to pray. Will it benefit him if I do Isal-Sawab for him? Or is it that since he did’nt used to pray so he will first have to enter Jahannum for not praying and then enter Paradise?

Isal-e-sawab shall benefit him, in-sha-Allah. It is hoped that he shall get maghfirah by the virtue of isal-e-sawab and dua. و ما ذالك على الله بعزيز
And if something otherwise happened with him, then also his torment may be lessened due to isal-e-sawab and it is too a great benefit.
