At what age does a child become baaligh according to Islamic law if they have not experienced a wet dream?

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah At what age does a child become baaligh if he does not have a wetdream? Jazzakallah

Answer

(Fatwa: 1362/1362/M=1431)

He will be considered mature after he reaches the age of 15.
