Is it permissible to give khutba in any other language besides arabic? If someone is doing that what we must do?

Delivering the sermon of Jumua in Arabic language has been Sunnat Mutawarisa (from the Prophet’s period till date). Therefore, delivering Jumua sermon in any language other than Arabic is Makrooh-e-Tahreemi (desirable to Haram extent). If anyone opposes this sunnah he should be politely convinced that he is committing bidah (innovation) he should forsake it:

فانہ لاشک فی ان الخطبة بغیر العربیة خلاف السنة المتوارثہ من النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم والصحابة رضی اللہ عنھم اجمعین فیکون مکروھا تحریما ۔۔ (عمدة الرعایة)
