Hoarding of grain in order to sell it in future when prices are high is not right if the citizens are affected by this hoarding: کما فی الدر المختار و غیرہ من کتب الفقہBut, if the citizens feel no problem as this is the case today then hoarding is allowed provided there is no other reason that makes it unlawful.
