Can we pay zakat in blood relation, like brother, sister etc if they are needed?

Answer

(Fatwa: 602/562=L/1429)

It is allowed to give zakah money to one’s brother and sister if they are needy and entitled to receive it. Zakah can be given to all relatives if they are needy and poor except parents, grandparents, sons, daughters and spouses.
