Dear Mufti Saheb, Assalamu alaikum, I would like to know if Waseela through Auliyas [dead or alive] and through Prophets like Muhammad Sallalahu alaihi was sallam is permissible. If YES then what is the procedure to do Waseela. Jazakallah khir!

(Fatwa: 103/103=M/1429)
It is lawful to supplicate Allah with the waseelah (intermediation) of the prophets and awliya, e.g.: O Allah! Fulfil my so and so need by the waseelah of the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم)!
وفی الترمذی: عن عثمان حنیف أن رَجُلًا ضَرِيرَ الْبَصَرِ أتى النبي صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فقال ادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يُعَافِيَنِي قال إن شِئْتَ دَعَوْتُ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ صَبَرْتَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لك قال فَادْعُهْ قال فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ فَيُحْسِنَ وُضُوءَهُ وَيَدْعُوَ بهذا الدُّعَاءِ اللهم إني أَسْأَلُكَ وَأَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِنَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ إني تَوَجَّهْتُ بِكَ إلى رَبِّي في حَاجَتِي هذه لِتُقْضَى لِيَ اللهم فَشَفِّعْهُ فِيَّ
