If someone missed only one round (or less than three) round of Tawaf-e-Ziyarah, then is sexual relationship valid for him until he gives dam or performs missed round of tawaf?

If you completed the missing round of tawaf during the Nahr Days then nothing shall be wajib. But if you completed the missing round of the tawaf after Nahr Days, then you will have to give one sadaqah for each round. Yes, if you did not complete the remaining rounds then you will have to give dam (slaughter an animal). If, during this period, you had intercourse with your wife, then nothing shall be wajib.
