Is it permissible for a fornicator or homosexual to marry a virgin Muslim girl according to Sharia?

Assalamu alaikum. please answer this which is referred to previous fatwa no; 5435 and last previous question of me. while in sure noor and sura ahzab inform that , A fornicator or a homosexual guy can make the nikah with a fornicater women or a mushrik , means not a with a pure virgin muslim girl. Then how it comes the nikah of such a guy with virgin muslim girl can be legal ? my second question is that , referred a previous fatwa no-5438 , after talaqe hula by the wife, girl kidnapped by force,while second nikah of same guy is not possible immediately and old couple can not be together, but they are together now since 1 month , in this case who will be responsible of this sin and an illegal relation. By kidnapping the girl , they tied the father first , then forcefully old husband and his namahram friends whose are the students of a madrassa in karachi- golastani jawhar Madrassa ibni abbas some of them foreigner, calling theirself al- qaaeda kidnapped the girl. Teacher of the madrassa are mostpossiliy supporting them and madrassa is paying the rent of the house by knowing all these . Teacher of the madrassa still quite. Talaq has been occured but they are twisting. Then who are responsible according the sharia ? talaq hola can be take back in anyway or ithas occured when wife used her transferrf right of divorce as referred my old question answer fatwa no;5438 677 /63-D . husband said as I heard, talaqe hola right finishes when husband get up from said place. Is There a such thing ? the TALAQ IS not a playing game or joke. What do you answer all these ? in additionly , if the girl change his sentence is that, inspite of giving talaqe hola if she denies it because of darewarning of husband or to wish to go back to same husband instantly and illegaly , then this talaq will be illegal or invalid? jazakallah.
