The best way of Tabligh is one in which all rules and regulations are followed. The rules of Dawah and Tabligh have been stated in this verse:
ادع الی سبیل ربک بالحکمۃ والموعظۃ الحسنۃ وجادلھم بالتی ھی أحسن
Invite (all) to the way of Thy Lord with wisdom and preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for Thy Lord knows best, who have strayed from His path, and who receive guidance. (16/125)
It implies that it is necessary to consider the circumstances of the one who is preached. He or she should be addressed politely with wisdom and fair preaching so that it is impressive. If there arises any need to debate or dialogue that too should be made politely and decently. So, the way which is more impressive according to the circumstances and is not against the spirit of Shariah, will be the best way of doing Dawah and Tabligh.
