Is it permissible to use health insurance benefits where 20% of the bill is paid by the insured?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My question is regarding medical health insurance of myself and family. My company is providing health insurance for me and my family without deducting anything from my salary. However I have to pay 20% of the total bill after the treatment and 80% is paid by the company. Is it allowed in Shariah to utilize such benefits?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 87/142/D=03/1437)

It is lawful to avail benefit from the health insurance which is initiated by the company itself. If your company does not pay the whole charges of the treatment rather it takes 20% from you, then also it is lawful for you to get the rest benefit. When you did not seek health insurance nor did you pay any amount then the benefit that you receive shall be considered as contribution from the company.
