Will divorce occur in either of the two cases where husband says “I’ll leave you”?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Please brief on the following questions:
(1) If husband says once to his wife in anger that ”main tumko chor dunga” I will leave you because wife was arguing a lot, the total intention was to fear her not for divorce so that she gets fear and cool down.
(2) In another case while a hot exchange if husband says to his wife please don’t touch this mobile otherwise ‘main tumko chor dunga’ I shall leave you. The total intention was to fear her not to divorce. So that she stops arguments with husband. And wife doesn’t touch the mobile and in night when they both calm down husband gives mobile to his wife and wife touch it. Please let me know in both the case, the divorce happens or not.

(1) In the question mentioned above no talaq occurred by the words of husband: “I will leave you” or “Don’t touch this mobile otherwise I shall leave you” though the wife touches the mobile.

The word ‘will leave’ is used only for threatening not for giving talaq.
