I have been using a particular brand of baby creams and lotions for my 1.5 year old since her birth. I recently noticed that it contains ” Alcohol” as one of its ingredients. Is using those baby creams and lotions haraam??

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If the alcohol contained within the cream is derived from dates or grapes, the cream will be impure and impermissible to apply onto the skin. However, if it is derived from other sources or it is synthetic (which is the case with most creams today), then the cream will be pure and permissible to use.[1] You may inquire from the manufacturer the source of the alcohol contained within the cream.

وبھذا یتعین حکم الکحول المسکرة (Alcohol) التی عمت بہا البلوی الیوم، فانہا تستعمل فی کثیر من الاودیة والعطور، والمرکبات الاخریم فانہا ان اتخذت من العنب او التمر فلا سبیل الی حلتہا او طہارتہا، وان اتخذت من غیرھما فالامر فیہا سہل علی مذھب ابی حنیفة رحمہ اللہ تعالی، ولا یحرم استعمالہا للتداوی او لاغراض مباحة اخری ما لم تبلغ حد الاسکار، لانہا انما تستعمل مرکبة مع المواد الاخری، ولا یحکم بنجاستہا اخذا بقول ابی حنیفة رحمہ اللہ تعالی
وان معظم الکحول التی تستعمل الیوم فی الادویة والعطور وغیرھا: لا تتخذ من العنب او التمر، انما تتخذ من الحبوب او القشور او البترول وغیرہ، کما ذکربا فی باب بیع الخمر من کتاب البیوع، وحینئذ ھناک فسحة فی الاخذ بقول ابی حنیفة عند عموم البلوی، واللہ سبحانہ اعلم۔
