In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

1. Circumcision is not compulsory upon women, but it is permissible and is a means of providing more pleasure to the husband while cohabiting.

Raddul Muhatar Vol:6 Pg:751 (H.M.Sa’eed Company)

Fatawa Raheemiyah Vol:6 Pg:261 (Darul Ishaa’at)

It is undesirable for women to remove hair from hands and legs merely for fashion. However, it is permissible to remove the hair that is overgrown, or is the cause of displeasure for the husband.

Aapke Masaail aur Unka Hal Vol:7 Pg:129 (Maktabah Ludhyanwi)

Not being satisfied after a fardh ghusl is not a valid reason to remove hair from hands and legs, as it is possible to attain complete purity without removing the hair.

Moreover, it is forbidden a women look at another woman’s body from the naval to the knee; therefore it will not be permissible for her to allow another woman to wax her legs above the knees.

Raddul Muhtar Vol:6 Pg:364-371 (H.M.Sa’eed Company)

2. It is best to find a learned teacher and learn Quran and Tajweed from him. However, if for some reason this is not possible, we suggest you utilize the interactive Quran and Tajweed Lessons from http://www.quranicsciences.com
