Is it permissible for them to purchase a panasonic phone product from China with labelled as ?made in Japan? and with same packing and look. If a dealer while selling to customer inform him about the reality. Income earned through such deals is Halal? If not, what will be the position of staffs working with such company. In view of the above Hadith, it is prohibited to deceive customers by
misrepresenting the make of the product. However, if the customer is
informed, then it will be permissible.
