Is charging mobile phone from Masjid’s electricity haram or not for a Musafir?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
What do the respected Mufthis say about this? Whenever I go in Thbleeghi Jama’ath I use to take mobile phone with me and whenever I charge the mobile in the Masjid people say that it is Haram to charge the mobile from the electricity of Masjid. Or they say that Masjid is managed by the collection of everyone and therefore get permission from everyone and charge the mobile. Please reply whether a Musafir can charge the mobile from Masjid’s current or no?

The need of the safety is not to utilize the electricity of the Mosque even for this purpose. However, in some Mosques if it is decided that Jama’ath would stay their, then there appears to be an allowance by making a contribution to the Mosque fund in this respect.
