Can I use my brother’s phone if his company pays the bills and he’s out of town?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My brother is working in a company. His company sponsors his bills for mobile bills. If he is out of station and I use his mobile. Is it halal or in which category it lies (makrooh, haram, etc.)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1033/1011/N=12/1436)

If the company allows your brother that anyone can use his mobile with his permission then you may use your brother’s mobile with his permission. And if the company has conditioned that it shall pay your brother’s mobile bill that in case he (your brother) should use the mobile then you may not use your brother’s mobile even with his permission as you will put the burden of the bill on the company unlawfully.
