In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
If this is given as a financial assistance solely due to the old age and no other conditions are involved whatsoever, then this could be taken even before the retirement as well or else by writing down all the conditions of it you may avail the Shar’i decree of it again.
