Please let me know the right words for attahiyatu in hanafi fiqh is their a right or wrong version?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalamu alaykum

There are a number of transmissions of the tashahhud from the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace). The version deemed most recommended by the Hanafi jurists is that which is transmitted from the exalted companion of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (May Allah be pleased with him). It reads as follows:

اَلتَّحِيَّاتُ لِلهِ وَ الصَّلَوَاتُ وَ الطَّيِّبَاتُ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَينَا وَ عَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ اَن لَّا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ.

Attahiyyaatu lillaahi wassalawaatu wattayyibaatu assalaamu ‘alayka ayyuhannabiyyu wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, assalaamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibadallahi al-salihin. Ashhadu allaa ilaaha illallaahu wa ashhadu anna muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluh.
