Q: A masbooq missed one rakaat with the Imaam. When the Imam sat in Qa’ada Akheera the masbooq recited the durood and dua. Should he make sajda sahwu after he completes his missed rakaat?
A: No, he should not make sajdah sahw.
وأطلق المصنف التشهد والصلاة فشمل المسبوق ولا خلاف أنه في التشهد كغيره وأما في الصلاة والدعاء فاختلفوا على أربعة أقوال اختار ابن شجاع تكرار التشهد وأبو بكر الرازي السكوت وصحح قاضيخان في فتاواه أنه يترسل في التشهد حتى يفرغ منه عند سلام الإمام وصحح صاحب المبسوط أنه يأتي بالصلاة والدعاء الخ (البحر الرائق 1/329)
