Does Shariah allow a wife or her parents etc. to forcibly take right of divorce from her husband? I recently was confronted to a khula case against me, we both agreed to resolve our disputes and wanted to start life again but her parents by using extreme pressure and brainwashing forced me to sign undue and mostly impractical conditions for a compromise including no objection to the right of divorce being exercised by her free will if required. What is the status of such contract which in essence is signed to avoid fitna and trauma at the time of dispute?   In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,

What I want to know is that will I be punished for the adultery of my husband? It’s very clearly stated in Surah Nur, an adulterer for an adulteress. Since i have not committed adultery, where do i stand in this marriage? Is it a sin for me to have sexual relations with such a man? Some aalim did tell me that i would not have this problem in an Islamic state, since the punishment of rajm would be carried out.  In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.

1) Is it true the Khalid Bin Waleed (RA) kept a hair of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in his hat, and that at one time he had lost his hat and he started to worry until he found the hat. Isn’t this relying on the Prophets hair and not relying on Allah
