Question
I heard if you read a certain durood shareef 1000 times daily, you will see your Jannah before you die. Is this true? What is the durood?
Answer
There are two durood shareef which have a similar virtue that you have mentioned:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَآﻟﻪ ألف ألف مَرَّۃً
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِیِّ الاُمِیِّ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ السَّلاَمِ
The virtue of both duroods is the same, which is, whosoever prays either one of the duroods 1000 times on the day of jumuah (Friday), he will see his abode in Jannah before his demise.
