Qaza Salaat while in journey

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

I was going to Tabuk from Riyadh with my wife in a bus. At the time of Magrib, I told the bus driver to stop for Magrib and he said he will stop at Esha pray both magrib and isha together. Here the salafis they do this way and that’s why driver did not agree to stop. Therefore I did tayammum from the back side of the seat and prayed magrib in middle path of the bus (bus me jo chalne ka rasta hota hai seats ke darmiyan mein) and told my wife to pray sitting on the seat itself. I did not allow my wife to pray in the middle path because body touches to the people sitting on the next seats. Then when he stopped at Esha. we re-prayed (dohraya) magrib and then prayed isha. This magrib salat is considered qaza or not?

Your prayer is accepted, however, the wife should make up her prayer. Also if you can renew your wudu and repeat your prayer it would be better so that you can avoid any suspicion. In both cases both parties will not be held liable.
