I just wanted to enquire that a sister told me while she prays she has been told to lift her Niqab up while in Sajood, can you clarify this for me please.

It is superior to raise the face veil (niqab) when prostratingas it is sunna to prostrate directly on one’s foreheadbut not obligatory, in the Hanafi school. [Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
