a) Is it permissible to recite the du’aas associated with wudu in a bathroom that contains a toilet?
b) Would it be permissible to do so if a curtain separated the sink from the toilet?
c) Would it be permissible to do so in a shower which is separated from the toilet by a curtain, even if one’s ‘awra is exposed
d) Is it permissible to pray or make dhikr in a room adjacent to the bathroom while the door is open?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.

The prohibition of dhikr relates to the toilet itself. In a multi-purpose washroom, the prohibition would apply in the following cases:
[1] If one is relieving oneself or on the toilet;
[2] If one is right next to filth that hasn’t been flushed away or covered; or
[3] If one is in a state of major undress (i.e. uncovered between navel and knees, for both men and women).

In other than these situations, there is no dislike in making dhikr or dua in a multi-purpose washroom, as understood from Tahtawi on the Maraqi and other Hanafi works and confirmed by leading Hanafi scholars.

And Allah alone gives success.
