Does a Mazure follower need to do wudhu for Salat duha if they already have wudhu from Fajr?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
Salam
Does a (Mazure) ie someone following the ruling of ISTIHDHA or discharge have to do wudhu for Salat duha, if they already have wudhu from salat fajr?

Jazakallah

Answer
Wa Alaikum Assalam,

For a Mazure, the Wudhu will break when the time has ended of that particular Salaah. E.g. if you did Wudhu for Fajr Salaah, your Wudhu will be valid until sunrise. After that, if you would like to read Salaatud-Duha you will have to do Wudhu again.

And Allah Knows best.
