Washing impure water splashes from one’s body

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: When one deficates, impure water splashes from the toilet on one’s body, and towards the back area, so I pour water from the front and hope it reaches all the impure areas but I don’t think it does.

Are these splashes excused or are they impure and need to be washed. If they are impure then what is the correct way of istinja (with water) after deficating?

Bismillaah

A: Wash the entire area where the splashes had come on.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
