Using husband’s money to discharge one’s zakaat

Q: Do I have to pay zakaat from only that money which is zakaatable or can I pay from my household money that my husband gives me?

Bismillaah

A: If your husband allows you to use it then it is permissible for you to take out the zakaat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
