Question:
I was careless and have spread impurity i.e. prostatic fluid/ semen to all things in my house. How can I clean all things in my house? Also in rainy days, people come to our house with wet clothes so their clothes become impure. I also go to the masjid making the carpet of the masjid impure. The impurity is spreading all over, wherever I go, what should I do, as it has caused me mental depression

The impurity you are referring to, can only be certain in the mentioned places, if you can clearly smell or see the impurity with certainty. A mere assumption of impurities everywhere, does not constitute things being impure. Try your best to always wash yourself and stay clean.
