Is it halal to slaughter a cow monthly in the factory with the intention of Sadqa and distribute the meat among labor?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
Assalam o alaikum, Maulana sahab, I am a partner in a business. i have just joined the factory some years back. Alhamdulillah Allah gave some talab to implement our lives on din. my father and two uncles are also partners in this factory. now i need to know two masail: 1- We halal a cow in the factory premises every month with the intention (niyat) of sadqa, the beef (meat) is then distributed equally among the labor (mazdoor) and the staff members also. Staff and labor both consists of some people who earn more than Ten thousand rupees per month. Some of the new people (staff or labour) who are employed in the factory are not always reminded that the cow is of sadqa. NOW my question is that (a) as owners of the factory, is this sadqa correct and according to shariah fall in sadqa category (b) if not, how can it become sadqa, please explain the procedure and conditions to be followed in detail. 2 – THE second mas’ala is : within the factory there is a prayer room or musalla’, where two or one time jamat is done. after the zuhr namaz is completed (after sunnats and nafil of zuhr) all the partners and some employees sit and do tasbeeh of “laho la wala quwwata illah billa hil aliyy’il azueem” on “aalo bukhara seeds” (beeds). Since years, this act is done everyday without gap, except for fridays as its not a jama masjid. when one of the owners was asked about the niyat of this act, he said it is done for ‘barkat’ and ‘sawab’. Is this act correct in light of shariah? please enlight me with detials with concrete facts and sources with the name of the mufti sahab on it who will be giving the answers so that i can present it to my father and uncles who are the decision makers. JazakAllah

1. If this Sadaqa is not of Wajib but given only with the intention of attaining Blessings and Barakath and to relieve from difficulties and calamity then it is permissible for all, rich and poor to eat it. If not so then explain the matter in detail and re verify the Shar’i ruling on it.
2. If it is not made mandatory and not considered as an act of excessive reward it is correct to do so just as a Wazheefa ( a daily prayer/worship).
