My question is how far it is from sunnat to put our hands below the nawal during salaah(Namaaz)I need strong proof with reference please write me.

It is Sunnah to put the hands below navels during salah and this is proved by several traditions. In Abu Dawood it is narrated by Hazrat Ali (رضی اللہ عنہ): السنۃ وضع الکف علی الکف فی الصلاۃ تحت السرۃ
Hazrat Alqamah bin Waail bin Hajar narrates from his father:
رأیت النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم وضع یمینہ علی شمالہ فی الصلاۃ تحت السرۃ، أخرجہ ابن أبی شیبۃ ورجالہ ثقات، وقال الشیخ قاسم بن قطلوبغا الحنفی: ان ھذا سند جید اھ شرح الترمذی لأبی الطیب رحمہ اللہ (اعلاء السنن: 2/166،171)
