Assalamu Alaikkum. Insha Allah My Sister & her husband; My brother & his wife will be performing Hajj this year. Can I send my wife with them to perform Hajj? Kindly reply in English.

It is not lawful to send her with them. According to Shariah, your brother and brother-in-law are not mahram for your wife. It is wajib for a woman to accompany her husband or a mahram in hajj journey.
