A young man use to say I pray of fajar at home,and he is afliated with tableeghee jamat,he is healthy man having no disability and mosque is at stone throwing distance from his house.how is his this act? and what sharyat says for such type of peoples?

If he is not performing the salah with jama?ah in mosque with no valid reason and performs it at home, he will be sinful of leaving the jama?ah.
