if somebody is in journey and becoming imam for offering namaz(zohar) then after he completed two rakat namaz and he ended namaz by offering salaam . Is it Valid?

Yes, it is alright. According to Hanafi Fiqh, a musafir must observe qasr salah. After performing two rak?ah, the musafir imam should say that he is musafir so the muqtadis should complete their salah.
