My mother saw a dream in which a big fish was in a cannal(Naher).then the big fish ate a small fish.there were many dead fishes on the corner.my mother was holding the tail of one dead fish and a stranger(my mother did not saw him/her) hold the head of fish and the stranger cutted the fish from between using knife.

It means that cruelty and oppression is dominating in the world now. The mighty ones are usurping the rights of weaker. If each one turns towards one’s reform, then we can hope for some goodness and betterment.
