Is abortion permissible if the 3-4 months unborn is found with only half brain developed.

Before four months, until the soul is not blown in the foetus, it has been allowed to abort it under some compulsions, but it is not allowable to abort after the soul is blown in the foetus. A foetus is given life by Allah when after four months in the womb of its mother. The information provided by the doctors through instruments is not definite and absolute; hence a ruling cannot be based at their words.
