In order to repel magic, write down the below mentioned verses and hang it around the neck of patient. Also, recite the verses, blow on water and give the patient to drink. If bathing is not harmful, he should be given bath with such water. The verses are:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
فلما ألقوا قال موسى ما جئتم به السحر إن الله سيبطله إن الله لا يصلح عمل المفسدين
ويحق الله الحق بكلماتہ ولو كره المجرمون
قل أعوذ برب الفلق، من شر ما خلق، ومن شر غاسق إذا وقب، ومن شر النفاثات في العقد، ومن شر حاسد إذا حسد
قل أعوذ برب الناس، ملك الناس، إله الناس، من شر الوسواس الخناس، الذي يوسوس في صدور الناس من الجنة والناس
