Supervision over children

Q: Is it right for a father to let his daughter sleep over at her cousin’s house? Is it right for the father to let his daughter sleep his house for 2 nights after one another?

A: In these times of fitna it is of vital importance for parents to have strict supervision over their children and protect them from falling into harm or sin. Hence it is not advisable for daughters to spend the night alone at their cousins home. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّـهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ ﴿٦﴾
