My question is that (1) Were Hadhrat Yusuf (AS) and Zulaikha married or not? (2) Which book is best and perfect for all Prophet’s history? (3) Is Hadhrat Khizr (AS) alive or not?

(1) They were married. So is mentioned in authentic commentary of the holy Quran. For detail, see Fatawa Rahimiya Vol 6 (Printed Rander Old, p. 306-307.
(2) It is very difficult to find the mention of all the Prophets (AS) in a single book. You should study the famous book “Qasasul Quran Mukammal” by Hadhrat Maulana Hifzur Rahman Sewharawi. It is very nice book.
(3) Ulama have different views regarding it. However, majority of the Ulama say that he is alive. So it is mentioned in Fatawa Mahmoodiya Vol. 8 p. 320 and Jam al-Fawayid, Vol 1, p. 38, etc.
