What is the Islamic view on using income to pay Zakah and rent regularly?

If my husband’s earning is low and we are “unable” to give Zakah or pay rent regularly or give Sadaqah whole heartedly, can I operate a business from home and say to him that we will share the earnings. Is this right?

(Fatwa: 476/365=L=1432)

You can start a business at home. It is not prohibited for women to operate business if they maintain Shariah limits.
