(Fatwa: 251/59=TL/1430)
Anyone having more than one wife is not allowed to have sex with one wife in the presence of other wife:
کما أنہ لا یحل لہ وطء زوجتہ بحضرتھا ولا بحضرۃ الضرۃ (شامي 5:320)
Therefore, one must not engage in sexual act with a wife in the presence of other wife.
