as salamu alaikum my son is suffering from Muscular Dystrophy disease. currently there is no treatment for this disease in the world, but doctors say Stem cell therapy can help. is stem cell therapy treatment permitted in Islam. doctors said they will take cells from father from his bone marrow and inject it in my sons body. Kindly let me know if this type of treatment is permitted in islam.

In the question mentioned above if any substance is taken from the bone of father and is injected in the body of son and no part of body is taken and its alternate lawful treatment is not available, then it is allowable in compulsion.
