Since three months, my father suffered from stroke, one day my father’s friend (thabligi, my father too) said, that he dreamt while he was in the path of Allah. That he and my father are going to jamat again (Alhamdulillah). Please answer for the dream.

The dream is blessed one. In-shaAllah, it shall bring prosperity.
If a person who is doer of good deeds is unable to do good deeds for sometime due to some trouble, yet Allah gives him the reward. Your father cannot go in Jamat due to paralysis yet Allah shall not deprive him of his reward due to his intention.
