Whose farz is more imp for man its walidain or wife children more in case of same issue.what to do when father asked to give talaq?

It is not known what do you mean by the same issue. However, if the situation of clash happens, one should try to keep both of them happy with wisdom and good policy. If it works, it is better; otherwise, one should obey his parents. There is an appendix attached to the 11th volume of Bahishti Zewar on this subject, you should study it for detail.
